| People in small towns and villages are today deprived of accessibility to cardiac healthcare, because to become cardiologists it takes some where between 5-12 years and due to serious demand of doctors in this country they are majorly found only in urban hospitals and leaving the district and village hospitals deficient of cardiac support. |

| We did a survey to find out which would be the most accessible way for the people in the rural to reach a cardiac hospital at any cost, we found out that the Telephone network and the Indian Post office networks as the most connected networks in this country. We explored both the facilities and connected 268 centers not only in India but from other parts of the world to our network of TTECG network which is today the world’s largest ECG network spreading across to Tanzania, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Malaysia and others countries. |

| The organizations have started an innovative venture by developing indigenous software to transmit ECGs with the help of Trans Telephonic ECG Machines. These TT ECG machines are distributed free of cost to General Practitioners. These GPs who finds difficulty in assessing ECGs utilizes the service free of cost by transferring the ECG to the hub hospitals in Bangalore and Kolkata. |

By this till date we have received 1, 44,590 ECGs of which 42,710 turned out to be abnormalities and we have saved lives of 2450 MI Occurred patients. |
