Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Services Calcutta (RTIICS) – a 150 bed heart hospital spread over 6 acres, on the eastern metropolitan bypass of Kolkata. The RTIICS was built under the banner of the Asia Heart Foundation, in association with the Government of West Bengal. Today, as the largest heart hospital in Eastern India, it has an average outpatient of 300 patients a day. It also performs 30 cathlab procedures and 6 major surgeries, everyday.
