With the philosophy of “Creating specialization in the hospital premises rather than a remote classroom”, the General Nursing course was started in the year 2003. This was followed by the B.Sc. Nursing course in the end of the same year.
The year 2008 saw the admission of the first batch of M.Sc. Nursing students in three specialties followed by four specialties in the year 2009. In the same year, the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course was started with an intake of 40 students.
The college is now in the eighth year of existence and has produced the first five batches of General Nursing, four batches of B.Sc. Nursing, and a batch of M.Sc. Nursing students. It is proud of its alumni who are currently excelling in the clinical arena.
